FULFILLMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY

* Coach T and SMART Approach Training, LLC offers Run Coaching services with payments made on a monthly basis through auto-pay utilizing the Stripe system. Coaching is done virtually via phone, text, email, social media, video, Final Surge APP and in some cases in person.

* No contracts. Month to month coaching. Athlete is not locked into any set amount of weeks, months or years in the coaching arrangement.

* Athlete can opt out at anytime or any month if unhappy with the Coach T services or if life events happen.

* Athlete will sign an athlete/coach agreement agreeing on monthly payment and a liability waiver. Agreement also states a 30 day notice is required to opt out of the coaching arrangement.

* If an athlete gets through a month of service and coaching and expresses dissatisfaction, SMART Approach Training will refund the monthly fee and athlete can then opt out immediately from the coaching agreement with no further fees collected.
