I first want to announce the date and time of our first SMART ACADEMY Zoom Call. The first topic is RUNNING SHOES!

All things shoes and feet will be discussed. I will educate and the call will also be interactive with feedback and experience from the SMART Approach team. Nothing gets runners more excited than shoe talk. It will be fun!

Typically these calls will be reserved for SMART Approach team members and select guests. The initial call I will open up for some select others such as those who have an interest in my coaching. Also, Team members, if you have a special guest or friend you would like to have join, let me know and I will approve. Other subscribers, I will choose on a first come first serve basis or those who give me a really good response on why you want to be on the call. Email me. I have a limit of 100 participants for this initial call. The calls going forward will be more intimate. All team SMART Approach team members will get a ZOOM invite and others will receive a manual invite from me.

For SMART Approach team members, the invite link will soon be on the new GroupMe Inner Circle chat group site under SMART Academy Topic. Guests will be emailed a link after approval. SMART Approach Team members, you have already received an invite to the INNER CIRCLE group on GroupMe. As of today, every team member has signed on other than 4 runners. I know one athlete is having technical difficulties which will be squared away soon. If Team runners choose to not be on INNER CIRCLE chat, this is just fine. I will respect your privacy and email you an invite to the ZOOM call. BTW, the INNER CIRCLE chat site has already started with some nice Introductions and discussions around fueling, gels, shoes and more. Members be sure to check in at least once a day. You can silence notifications so you are not buzzed all day.

TEAM FREE PRIZE DRAWING

- I will videotape myself doing the drawing so it will sort of be live. Of course this is assuming I can figure out how to do this and attach it to GroupMe. Hahaha. It will be good.
- Winners will be announced on the INNER CIRCLE chat site at Noon Central time this Thur. January 23rd via video announcement. For those not on chat site, I will email the winners.
